The oak is the backbone dragging with it deep dark stone fruit. Having whisky as their origin they do not chill filter and they bottle with natural colour.
Quite an apparent oak and a fair bit of smoke. So, these various yeast strains and fermentation methods allow Worthy Park to produce a varying number of marques that each has its own code based upon ester count with the most commonly aged marque being WPL.
